We manage talent attributes and availability to acquire accurate information that is used to ensure that your project is completed within your parameters while maintaining your satisfaction. The second challenge of the Casting Process is simply ensuring that the people representing your company on your projects meet the highest standard possible regardless of the size of the project. We personally interview all prospective talent before they can be employed through us, for you – from background to principle roles. We use a reliability tracking system to monitor our talent's performance on every job that goes through Virgo Inc., allowing us to eliminate under-performance and unreliability.
